You may be a student or young adult feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, identity exploration, relationship concerns, or major life transitions. You might be navigating cultural expectations, systemic stressors, or questions around gender and sexuality while trying to keep up with daily demands. You want a space where you can show up fully as yourself, feel understood without having to explain everything, and develop tools to feel more grounded, confident, and connected in your life. I work primarily with students and young adults, particularly those who identify as BIPOC and/or queer. My approach is affirming and collaborative, incorporating experiential methods such as SandTray, expressive arts, mindfulness, and Brainspotting to support growth and strengthen coping skills at your own pace.
