I specialize in the treatment of adults and young adults struggling with eating disorders, body image dissatisfaction, pregnancy/infertility, postpartum concerns, transition to parenthood, trauma, relationship problems, identity concerns, depression and anxiety. Through psychotherapy, I will get to know you and the issues you would like my support and guidance to work through. Beginning psychotherapy can be an overwhelming process and we will develop a safe, supportive, and trusting relationship in order to do this meaningful and challenging work.
