They long to feel seen, grounded, and empowered to live with more clarity and meaning. They're curious, open, and ready to grow. I offer a holistic, integrative approach rooted in humanistic therapy, drawing from narrative therapy, CBT, mindfulness, and psychodynamic modalities. I support clients in untangling painful patterns, reconnecting with inner wisdom, managing emotions, and cultivating healing through creativity, nature, and deep therapeutic presence.
