I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with adolescents and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress. If life has been feeling heavy, overwhelming, or hard to manage, therapy can be a supportive space to better understand what’s going on and start feeling more like yourself again. To start, we’ll focus on getting to know each other, exploring your concerns, and identifying goals that feel realistic for you. My background in community work allows me to connect with clients in a grounded, authentic way, and I’m deeply passionate about helping people recognize resilience and discover strengths.
