I have over 20 years of counseling experience and focus on helping clients overcome depression, anxiety, anger and other unpleasant feelings caused by unanticipated changes in their lives....changes in relationships, career, parenting/family roles, chronic illness, recent losses or ineffective communication skills. My style combines warmth, caring and compassionate listening to help clients identify concrete goals and achieve these goals through exploration of personal strengths and possibilities.
