Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially when you’re already carrying a lot. You don’t have to do it alone. I work with adolescents and adults to create a warm, supportive, and inclusive space where you can feel seen and understood. Together, we focus on healing, growth, and building resilience in a way that honors your experiences, strengths, and individual pace. As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Board-Certified Art Therapist, I offer clients the option to integrate art-making with evidence-based therapy as a supportive, nonjudgmental form of expression—especially when words feel difficult. I specialize in working with adolescents and adults who have experienced trauma or who are navigating anxiety, grief, life transitions, and other significant stressors. My primary approaches include Art Therapy, EMDR, CBT, and TF-CBT.
