Pain is inevitable but suffering is optional. Life is change and learning tools to cope with change is what I provide. I have been trained to use Improvisational Theatre games in therapy and, although not for everyone, believe experiential therapies are beneficial and help with anxiety and social anxiety. I'm experienced in anxiety, addiction, PTSD, and medical issues.
