I understand that talking with a Therapist can be uncomfortable at first. Over the years, my Clients have told me that I am easy to talk to. I have over 20 years experience helping people work through changes and challenges in life. I have expertise in Anxiety, Depression and Adjustment Disorders. At this time I am providing Tele/Video Sessions only. I accept Blue Cross of Massachusetts, Medicare, Blue Benefit, Optum and private pay. Please note I am only licensed in Massachusetts.
