I believe the relationship between therapist and client is essential in understanding the underlying issues affecting one's obstacles to personal growth and happiness. It is my goal to provide a calm space and safe relationship towards that end. Working with adults, young adults and families for more than 20 years has given me a breadth of experience that I bring to the therapeutic relationship. I have particular experience with early trauma and PTSD; depression/anxiety; life transitions; addiction related symptoms; and, relationship issues.
