I believe that healing begins the moment you feel heard and understood. However, we live in a world where finding someone who can actively listen and attend to our true emotions and thoughts non-judgmentally is hard to come by. I use my authenticity, empathy, and sense of humor to provide a safe space where you can get to the root of the challenges you may be experiencing. I work with individuals aged 14+ in areas including developmental trauma, challenging relationships with parents, OCD, Panic Disorder, anxiety, and depression.
