Taking the first step to begin therapy is an act of self compassion. It all starts there! In my therapeutic work, I specialize in working with LGBTQIA+ identities and transgender issues, neurodiversity of all kinds including ADHD and autism, depression, anxiety disorders, relationship issues, self-esteem, mood disorders, personality disorders, and trauma and PTSD including C-PTSD. With a holistic, person-centered lens, my goal is to join folks on their journeys of navigating their complex and overlapping identities to find inner peace and satisfaction in their lives.
