Do you struggle with anxiety/OCD, anger, identity and relational issues, or grief? Do you feel stuck, frozen, or numb? I guide my clients into exploring how their attachment history, intergenerational trauma, and sociocultural contexts across systemic layers all intersect and impact their sense of self. Deep, personal growth happens when we allow ourselves to unravel and face our shadows with compassionate curiosity instead of avoidance or judgment. In doing so, we deconstruct old patterns that no longer serve us, and empower ourselves towards self-discovery, inner emotional reconnection, and radical authenticity. Pulling from attachment-based, emotionally-focused, person-centered, and systems therapies, I utilize an eclectic and personalized approach to help clients better connect with their thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and cycles that impact experiences and show up across relationships (whether those relationships be with friends, family, partners, or themselves).
