Hello, my name is Maria and I am a licensed mental health counselor that has been working in the field since 2017. I am a telehealth provider that is trauma informed and EMDR trained. Life can be hard sometimes whether we are dealing with conflict with family members, grief, work stress, surviving college, healing from postpartum depression, or maybe feeling in a rut and looking for help to live a more meaningful life. Therapy can be a good space to explore these things and more in a safe space.
