Couples, you are my specialty. I create a safe non-judgmental space for you both to begin a new relationship that feels emotionally safe and connected. I'm here to help you both individually by helping you understand the root causes of your relational dynamics and turn it around to create a healthy relationship that feels loving and secure. I utilize my advanced training in EFCT couples attachment work as my base. I also work with Individuals and families in the same way to support your needs, create progress and healing from the inside and out. Together we begin the journey to a happy, healthier you, relationship and life. Whether its marital problems, family problems, anxiety, sadness or low self esteem, I can help. For each client, I customize therapy to fit your needs. My main therapy approach is Emotion Focused therapy, an attachment based therapy but I also utilize other techniques as I see necessary. I can also integrate Christian based therapy for those interested.
