I welcome you to call as a first step on your personal therapeutic journey. I am passionate about my work and have expertise in the treatment of relational problems, eating disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma and particular expertise in the Highly Sensitive trait to name a few. I write regularly for Psychology Today.com and am one of their "experts," have appeared on ABC TV/ Good Morning America and am the author of the book "Skinny Revisited: Rethinking Anorexia Nervosa and its Treatment." Together, we have important work to do, and in the process, I will share my extensive practice experience - humor included.
