Asking for help takes courage. As a therapist, my goal is to help my clients feel hopeful & gain a positive outlook on their lives. I provide clients with a safe environment to express themselves without judgement. I am a licensed clinical social worker (in both GA & NY), Certified Trauma Therapist & Anger Management Specialist. I've been trained in play therapy using sand tray & activity-based mindfulness for children. I was born in Brooklyn, NY. Growing up in a diverse community helped me see the importance of being a culturally competent therapist which enhances quality of care.
