Hello, My name is Maria Benavides and I am a licensed clinical social worker. I was born and raised in Los Angeles. I have approximately 10 years of behavioral health experience working with a diverse population of adults and older adults. I specialize in managing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, environmental challenges, and medical issues. I am bilingual and speak Spanish.
