Eco-art psychotherapy for all seasons of life - Holistic support for people who are navigating stress, nervous system disorder, anxiety, depression, relational trauma, sexuality and intimacy, pregnancy and postpartum, end-of-life and terminal illness, psychedelic integration, career transition, and spiritual identity. I help adults and couples, leaders and healers, move from feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, and exhausted to feeling more empowered, satisfied, and vibrantly alive through psychedelic-assisted therapy, EMDR, nature-based expressive arts, and ACT. My approach is grounded in liberation — the intuitive and active process of coming home to our body, to our breath, to the earth beneath us, and the wisdom within. The way that I work is creative, adaptive, interpersonal, and earth-centered as I collaborate with my clients to tap into their body’s innate healing resources to create positive change.
