You're an ambitious woman struggling with in your relationships. You feel triggered by your romantic partner and/or family members. You hate that part of yourself. The one that flies off the handle with anger, struggles with anxiety and panic, or shuts down in feelings of deep sadness. You desire healing from your triggers and from your past. You've tried talk therapy in the past with little success. Together, we will get to the root of your issues and help you work towards the healing you desire. I offer 60/90/120 minute sessions. I also offer 2-3 day EMDR Intensives. I am certified in EMDR.
