I am an LMHC and an LCPC with 30+ years of experience in treating adults who are experiencing difficult life transitions, Depression, Anxiety, self-esteem and health issues. Also, I speak Spanish and have extensive experience in helping adults with cultural issues such as assimilation and acculturation. I assess a person's cultural beliefs, values and practices so as to create a culturally appropriate care plan.
