I am a LPC-A working with The Parent & Child Wellness Center who supports children, adolescent and adult clients through anxiety, depression, grief and loss, family challenges, trauma, peer/personal relationship struggles, life transitions, self-esteem and other related experiences. I work to foster an environment for clients that is collaborative, supportive and nonjudgmental- finding opportunities to explore stories together, identify/build upon strengths; improve communication; learn new coping strategies and ultimately, create lasting change. My experience includes work with individuals at varied intersectional identities.
