I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with eight years of experience, including two years of independent licensure. I completed a Post-Master’s Certificate in Marriage and Family Therapy at National University in 2024. I earned my Master’s degree in Community Mental Health Counseling from St. Bonaventure University in 2013 and hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from FIU, as well as an Associate’s degree in Psychology from Miami-Dade College. My work emphasizes wellness and anxiety. I’ve worked across a wide range of settings, including schools, community programs, mental health agencies, and telehealth platforms, which has given me a broad perspective on the unique challenges people face in different stages of life. My approach is warm, client-centered, and trauma-informed, providing a supportive space.
