I specialize in working with children, adolescents and adults that struggle with various mood disorders, anxiety and depression, developmental disabilities, life transitions and trauma. Using nurturing insight oriented therapy, psychodynamic techniques and mindfulness strategies my goal is to provide a non threatening and compassionate atmosphere. I work with clients to gain insight into what is driving their thoughts, feelings and behaviors and learn coping mechanisms needed for self regulation and positive change.
