Perhaps you’re a woman or eldest daughter who’s always been the caretaker, now realizing it’s time to care for yourself, too. I work with children, teens, and women who long to feel more confident, balanced, and understood, with a special focus on the LGBTQ+ community and individuals from first- and second-generation immigrant backgrounds. Whether through play, creative exploration, or conversation, my goal is to help each client reconnect with their true selves. As the daughter of immigrants, I value creating spaces where culture, identity, and healing meet. Through child-centered play therapy and other integrative approaches, i.e, CBT, DBT, and IFS, I help young people and women express themselves, build confidence, and grow with authenticity.
