You and your child's journey in therapy will be approached holistically. I provide a safe and empowering environment so you can share your thoughts and feelings. We will work together on your goals and find the core beliefs that sustain symptoms or issues. We will work on developing tools and knowledge so you can go up to the next level of understanding. Sessions will focus on learning about healthy parenting skills. Parenting is met with many challenges including being a single parent or having a history of dysfunction in your family. You can expect that your story will be heard with compassion and understanding. Your child will View 4 Photos You will receive a personalized evaluation, diagnosis and a treatment plan to address your primary concerns. You will be able to discuss your goals, objectives and any area of difficulty in you and your child's life. The treatment models used are Cognitive Behavioral, Dialectical Therapy and Solution Focused Brief Therapy.
