I specialize in working with clients who are dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, family and relationship stressors, and maternal mental health issues. I draw from evidence-based strategies that are tailored to meet your unique needs. Sessions are available in both English and Spanish, and I welcome people from all cultural and life backgrounds.
