Much of my work lives in the quieter, often invisible seasons of life—the ones rarely named but felt deep in your bones. The long journey of trauma recovery and PTSD. The ache of grief. I work with women and girls, specializing in complex trauma and PTSD, "treatment resistant" anxiety and depression, relationship issues, self-esteem, sexual assault, domestic violence, and reproductive mental health. Drawing on evidence-based practices and a deeply intuitive approach, I’ll help you grow into your next chapter with strength and self-trust.
