I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker & Registered Yoga Instructor. I utilize a holistic approach to help adults 18+ navigate significant life transitions, interpersonal matters, vocational stressors, and day-to-day challenges. I specialize in working with anxiety, mood disorders, and trauma. I have an interest in grief and loss, understanding first-hand that these experiences can be incredibly isolating and confusing. I also have an interest in working with the immigrant community. As a first-generation immigrant, I recognize the unique set of challenges and cultural adjustments that may arise and be present in today’s times. As a holistic practitioner, I am passionate about incorporating movement and mindfulness into sessions, recognizing the body as an invaluable source of healing, strength, and growth. Through techniques such as gentle movement, journaling, meditation, visualization, and breathing techniques, I help clients connect with and learn more about themselves.
