If only I knew then what I know now about the mind-body connection; the integration of breathe, the power of intuition and the transformation that comes with stillness. I know what it feels like to want to crawl out of my own skin, to look in the rear-view mirror and to rush through miscellaneous tasks without real purpose. I am talking about the difference between living and existing. The difference between doing and being. You are not alone —- but you can’t do this by yourself because if you could, you would have by now. I want to help you work through the resistance and fear that is detracting you from being your best self by assisting you in changing the reactionary patterns which influence the way you experience reality, changing limiting patterns into empowering patterns to create dynamic change.
