My passion (and purpose) is to help my clients realize these gifts, discover their authentic selves, and learn to navigate the day-to-day challenges of living in this ever-changing world. Increasing self-awareness, learning coping skills, and communicating feelings can lead to positive change and meaningful relationships. I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 15 years of experience in the mental health field, providing services to adults, children, and families. I have worked in various public settings with a specialized focus on (but not limited to): Anxiety, Depression, Addiction, Trauma, parenting and relationship issues, sexual orientation, grief /loss.
