As a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I offer a safe, compassionate space where you can explore, grow, and heal at your own pace. I work with children, teens, adults, and older adults, helping clients navigate challenges such as anxiety, trauma, depression, ADHD, adjustment difficulties, grief, family issues, aging-related transitions, domestic violence and life transitions. Through empathy, mindfulness, and connection, I strive to bring hope, strength, and balance—helping you rediscover your voice and the power within you, in English or Spanish.
