With my knowledge from clinical and lived experience I hope to work with clients in the perinatal/ postpartum community and those individuals going through infertility and/or fertility treatments. I deeply value the journey of becoming a parent and through my own experience of grief and loss, I center my practice in knowing that even if the goal is the same, each individual/couple has their own narrative filled with struggles and triumphs. I also enjoy working with artists, creatives, spiritual seekers, and those looking to understand in what ways difficult external situations and trauma have created inner voices that block their connection to their own inner guidance. My treatment style is warm, insightful, empathetic, soulful, and calm. Guided by the tools of person-centered therapy, yoga and mindfulness approaches, my support is adaptive and sensitive to who my clients are and where they are in their healing.
