Here to center qtbipoc liberation! In my work, I strive to center relational, somatic, intersectional, feminist, sex-positive, anti-oppressive, culturally responsive, decolonial, trauma-informed and integrative holistic care. The populations and issues that I work with include Trauma and abuse survivors, anxiety, depression/mood disorders, grief, boundaries, stress management, crisis intervention, self-esteem, LGBTQIA+ , issues of racial and cultural identity, polyamorous/non-monogamous relationships. My hope is that in our journeying together, curiosity and self-compassion support your growing understanding of self.
