I utilize empirically supported treatments (EST), which are treatments that have been shown to be effective in treating specific conditions. I am extensively trained in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and recently trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization) for trauma.
