Hi, I’m Maria, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor based in Florida. I specialize in working with adults navigating life’s heaviest moments; whether you’re moving through the fog of depression, processing trauma or PTSD, managing dissociation, grieving a deep loss, or finding your footing after an identity shift or psychotic episode. I earned my Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Lynn University and have spent the last several years immersed in both mental health and substance use treatment settings.
