I appreciate the courage it takes to seek out help at a time of vulnerability and hope that I can be helpful to you. I have over 25 years of clinical experience working with adults, young adults and couples. I believe that we all have the capacity to change and heal. At the same time, difficult life circumstances can get in the way, leaving us feeling stuck, lonely, and unable to develop or access our strengths. I see therapy as a collaborative effort with the goal of helping people overcome these obstacles, and feel free to live a fuller and more satisfying life.
