Approaching therapy can be really overwhelming. In reality, therapy with me is about stripping everything down and meeting you where you are. I became a therapist because I think everything begins with looking at life through your car window, and not holding any judgment on the feelings and experiences that come from that perspective. Many times we're led here because everything in our life feels too complicated- my role involves working by your side to learn how to untangle what feels too heavy and impossible. Through the therapeutic relationship we form I want to help you get to a place where you feel whole.
