Unfortunately, trauma, setbacks, and obstacles can lead you to doubt yourself, feel anxious, or otherwise not function optimally. Whether you are plagued by debilitating negative thoughts or nonproductive or sabotaging behaviors, I can help you realign with your true self and guide you toward your most enlightened path. I have found that when you listen inwardly, then embrace and accept all parts of yourself, the change you are seeking organically happens. You have taken a courageous first step in reaching out. No matter what you’re facing—anxiety, depression, relationship issues, work stress, parenting challenges, or trauma—I hope you let me join you on your journey of self-discovery. I have wanted to be a psychologist since seventh grade and have invested my life into being able to help people.
