My name is Maria Llamas, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist providing teletherapy throughout California. I specialize in treating trauma by integrating evidence-based trauma-informed modalities to meet each client's specific needs at their pace. I evaluate and treat a wide range of clinical problems including anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief/loss, self-esteem issues, feeling tense or stressed, relationship challenges and or individuals who can’t quite understand why things feel out of sorts. I have a particular interest in working with adults who are survivors of trauma, including those from childhood.
