I am a bilingual Latina Licensed Clinical Social Worker committed to providing a safe, compassionate, and culturally sensitive space where healing begins with feeling truly seen and understood. I work with children, teens, adults, and older adults experiencing anxiety, trauma, depression, ADHD, grief, adjustment challenges, family issues, domestic violence, and life transitions. Through empathy, mindfulness, and a strengths-based approach, I help clients rediscover their voice, build resilience, and move toward meaningful change—in English or Spanish. In our first session, you can expect a gentle and welcoming conversation focused on getting to know you and understanding what brings you to therapy. I’ll ask questions about your current concerns, personal history, and what you hope to gain from our work together.
