I am an LPCC in California. I graduated with my Master's degree from Capella University and have been working with clients for 10 years. I have experience with many populations, from inpatient hospitalization to burnout, depression/anxiety, and ADHD. These experiences have given me a wealth of knowledge, sympathy, and tools to help my clients move toward a life they love living. My greatest strength as a provider is my ability to cut through the distractions of your life to see the pieces that will get us moving forward. I believe you are capable of achieving all of your goals, and I will support you in managing fears, hopes, and life events along the way.
