After 14 years as a traditional talk therapist, my own learning & healing has guided me towards an Integrative/Holistic approach that incorporates Brief Solution-Focused therapy, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing), IFS (Internal Family Systems)/Parts-Work & Somatic therapy. Although the majority of my clients are other professionals who are venturing into therapy for the first time, I am open to working w/anyone who is ready to do the deeper inner work.
