It can be difficult to find a good therapist. You need to feel seen, heard, and fully supported. All aspects of your Self need attention and understanding for you to be the truest version of you possible. And all experiences, past and present, must be welcome. Working from an Internal Family Systems (IFS) approach, my style of therapy embodies all these things. Despite your current distress, I believe you have many different parts taking care of you the best they know how, even if it feels ineffective. These parts often create stalled or painful outcomes despite their intentions, and they block us from being who we really are.
