I currently specialize in working with adults, struggling to navigate adulthood and life’s challenges. Many times individuals were never taught how to talk about what they feel, only how to push through it, fix it, or ignore it. But over time, that disconnect can show up as stress, anger, anxiety, disconnection in relationships, or a sense that something’s “off” but hard to name. My work focuses on helping individuals understand and express their emotions in a way that feels real, grounded, and authentic, not forced or “therapy-speak.” In our sessions, we’ll work together to uncover what’s really going on underneath the surface.
