Anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, unhealthy relationships-these are the situations in life that may lead us to forget how strong, resilient, courageous and joyful we can be. Still, people also have an amazing power to heal, rebuild, and pick themselves up from negative circumstances and fully experience a better life. My professional interests include, but are not limited to, working with trauma recovery, grief, anxiety, and depression. I am also interested in nutritional psychology, exploring how what we put into our bodies can affect our feelings and behaviors and how feelings and behaviors can affect our bodies.
