I work with clients struggling with depression, anxiety, and relationship concerns. I support my clients through processing trauma, managing intense emotions, and navigating issues in the family. I aim to provide a safe and open space for my clients to engage in self-reflection, growth, healing, and learning. I believe that as human beings we know ourselves best, and that therapy provides the setting in which we can become the person we strive to be. My clients have the opportunity to learn how to manage symptoms of depression and anxiety, learn interpersonal skills to improve relationships, and cultivate skills to handle emotions.
