Over 15 years of experience working with individuals who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, generational trauma, parenting, relationship difficulties, work stress/challenges, and/or life transitions. I work closely with families that are feeling overwhelmed, and struggle with healthy communication due to their own generational trauma or upbringings.
