Hello, I am Maria Milana, a skilled LMHC in Florida who uses integrative and cognitive behavioral approaches tailored to my client's needs. I am collaborative with individuals and couples on their mental health journey toward personal growth through matters of anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, grief and loss, and other diverse mental health difficulties. I understand the importance of creating a safe counseling environment and building a trusting, non-judgmental atmosphere to help my clients achieve positive mental health outcomes. In our first session, we will begin with informed consent, and I will be more than happy to answer any questions you might have.
