I support individuals with anxiety disorders, PTSD, trauma, women's issues, sexual abuse, developmental and workplace trauma, relationship difficulties, and challenges with life management and emotional regulation. Utilizing CBT, EMDR, and mindfulness as appropriate for each client, we explore emotions, foster healing, self-awareness, and reflective processing. I help clients restore their sense of self, reconnect with values, and build emotional flexibility, resilience, and psychological integration.
