Hola! Welcome—I’m Maria, a clinically licensed psychotherapist in NY and NJ. If you, your pre-teen, or your teenager are feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, grief, challenges from ADHD, or trauma - and there is a readiness to begin to make change, I may be the right fit for you. I work best with people, of all ages, especially 11y/o and up (and their parents/guardians) who are open, motivated, and willing to dig into the work of therapy to start to move toward the life desired. I like to meet new clients in person for our first one or two sessions then I mostly provide telehealth services.
